The Sofia Regional Prosecution Office made a proposal to Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev to submit to the National Assembly a request for lifting the immunity of We Continue the Change Co-chairman Kiril Petkov. The proposal was made in connection with pre-trial proceedings regarding a declaration of citizenship containing false information which was submitted under Article 110 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria.
