Constitutional changes need a broad discussion, said Prof. Daniel Valchev, Dean of Sofia University’s Faculty of Law, in an interview with the Bulgarian news agency BTA. “If there are bills on amendments to the Constitution, whoever may have submitted them and whatever ideas they may include, they ought to be made public for everyone to have their say,” he stated.
