One year ago, on September 2, the organic farm in the village of Rozino, which specializes in the production of ice cream from its own dairy products, suffered huge damage after a heavy rainfall that literally flooded houses and wiped away buildings in the area. Today, one year after the calamity, the farm's owners are organizing an open doors day to celebrate the farm‘s recovery.
“I want to show people the difference between the affected trees and sections of the river that we were able to take care of after the storm, and the part that we couldn’t take care of. The difference is huge, which shows that man and nature are interconnected and depend on each other," says Albina Yasinskaya.

The most curious visitors will be able to feed the farm animals themselves, as well as to learn about the processes of recycling, composting and on-site recovery of organic waste. The open doors day in Rozino is on September 2. Children will be able to attend a special workshop and learn how to make ice cream with home-made products.
