I call on President Rumen Radev and caretaker Premier Dimitar Glavchev to find a solution to appoint an acceptable replacement, so that snap elections are organized as soon as possible", GERB leader Boyko Borissov said at a press conference. GERB is adamant that there is no violation of the Constitution following President Rumen Radev's refusal to issue a decree for the appointment of the caretaker cabinet proposed by Goritsa Grancharova - Kozhareva. The president refused to sign the decree because Kalin Stoyanov remained in the cabinet as interior minister. "The state cannot become a hostage to an interior minister", Boyko Borissov stated.
