From February 14 to 16, an event under the motto "Love and Wine" will allow Sofia residents and guests of the city to combine the Bulgarian holiday of wine Trifon Zarezan with Valentine's Day. It will be held on the pedestrian zone of Vitosha Blvd., at the intersection with Khan Asparuh St., from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
"Since ancient times, wine and love have been inextricably linked in our consciousness and traditions," the organizers say. Visitors will enjoy performances by pop, jazz and rock musicians, a guest DJ, food from star chefs and drinks from Bulgarian wineries. The event, with free admission, will offer many other surprises.
