From today until May 6, helicopters of the Bulgarian Air Force will fly at low altitude over Sofia in preparation for a military parade marking the Day of Valour and the Bulgarian Armed Forces on May 6, the Ministry of Defence said. On this occasion, citizens are advised not to use unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).
The celebration of the Day of the Bulgarian Army will include a ceremonial blessing of the battle flags, as well as a military parade.
The ceremonies will be attended by Defense Minister Atanas Zapryanov, Chief of Defense Admiral Emil Eftimov and senior officers from the Bulgarian Army.
