At the initiative of the International Maritime Organization, the ship's sirens were sounded in Bulgaria's Black Sea port of Varna at exactly 12 o'clock. The campaign aims to draw attention to the problems of more than 150,000 sailors around the world caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
