32 students in disadvantaged position have received a one-time scholarship from the initiative of President Rumen Radev "Support a Dream". The scholarships of 500 euros went to 28 young people who were brought up in institutions, and 5 with visual impairment. A scholarship of BGN 400 (about EUR 200) was also given to 7 students from 12th grade in social institutions with excellent results from the last school year.
