Prosecutor General Sotir Tsatsarov is demanding the withdrawal of the immunity of GERB party MP Delyan Dobrev pending an investigation into the Belene NPP project.
Data have been collected of a crime committed by Dobrev in his capacity of energy minister in the first Boyko Borissov cabinet.
